Changing Autonumber format to include leading zeroes?

Is there any way to get autonumbering to use a NN format? Because of my external folder structure, I need a consistent number of characters in my figure naming, such as Fig_abc_01.tiff

The <$n> placeholder starts with single digits, of course. I need the leading zeroes.

Hi,
I know, this post is a bit older, but it hasn’t been adressed, and I have the same request. Is there a way to implement leading zeroes in auto numbering? Or maybe someone has figured out a workaround?
