Changing font in entire document

I’ve been creating my project in Georgia 12 point, but the default seems to be Cochin. Although I’ve been manually making the change, I’m wondering whether there’s a way to set Georgia 12 point for the entire project.

And am I correct in assuming that only certain readers will honor what I’ve set up, anyway?

  2. If you are talking about compiling to an ebook, then yes, readers can override the font face and font size using the fonts available on their devices/apps. As an author/publisher, you cannot fix the font face or the point size used in ebooks.
