Chapter Titles Missing after Conversion

I’ve been trying to compile my non-fiction book and turn it into a kindle mobi format.

Everything fine - my photographs show up nicely at the beginning of each chapter but the wording for the chapter title is missing. It should appear above each photo. :imp:
Where would I be going wrong here?

In the File -> Compile -> Formatting pane, make sure you’ve checked the Title box for the appropriate outline level.
