Why is the number of characters shown to be zero here:
I imagine that means “Characters (including spaces),” but why is it zero?
Also, “No spaces” is not clear. I recommend “Excluding spaces,” if that’s what you mean.
Yeah, that’s a simple bug that will be fixed in the next build. If you need character counts, note you can add those to the footer bar in the Editing: Options preference pane, with Live counts show. That one should be accurate.
