Classic three-part headers and footers in RTF

This isn’t hard to do in RTF, just set tab stops (left, centered, and right) at the left margin, the center, and the right margin, respectively, and insert the specified material at the appropriate tab.

A harder thing to do, but something that is required in at least APA6 format, is to have a different header on page one. This would require a new RTF section to start after the Title Page, I believe.

No plans for this in Scrivener - this is exactly the sort of thing that is left to a dedicated word processor. Scrivener isn’t intended to do everything - most users will need to do the final polish in a dedicated layout program or word processor.
