cmd K

As I saw in this screencast … freload=10 the cmd K can be used to have some text.

But that doesn’t work.
cmd K is already used for an other function

This command is for splitting a single document into two documents, at the current cursor position. So the following circumstances make this command inactive, as you’ve depicted in the screenshot:

  • Your cursor isn’t somewhere inside of a text file (which appears to be the case, based on the richness of the selection highlight bar in the background window of your screenshot—we see a document selected in bright purple. You can’t split a file without telling the software where to split it. :slight_smile:
  • You have the cursor in a location that is illogical to split by: for example at the very beginning of the file.
