If I have a multi selection in a locked editor, and the documents in it are no longer selected, is it possible to:

  1. add docs to that scrivening without either re-selecting them all, or losing what is already there?

or

  1. turn that scrivening into a collection without first re-selecting?

I can see how 1) would be a messy process, but 2) seems like it should be there, but I’m just not seeing it.

Second approach is easy. Click the View Mode control to display your Scrivenings in the Outline or Index Card view. Now select them all to add them to the collection as always.

I suspected I was staring into a blind spot on this. It should have been so obvious: switch the view to either corkboard or outline, where you can select the components of a multi-selection. Funny how the mind works, and sometimes doesn’t. :laughing: :open_mouth:
