Is there any way to color. Code index cards in iOS version and if so is there a way to do it on a select group?
If you’re talking about cards on the Corkboard, yes.
Tap the gear icon in the footer of the Binder/sidebar. You can access Project Settings there.

Yes, but when I do this I don’t see color options. Have you assigned these in the Mac or Windows version and they port over to the IOS version or am I missing something?

You can set the label for individual documents and folders by using the “i” button. I can’t see a way to do it for more than one at a time, as when you tap ‘Edit’ to select multiple documents, the “i” button is no longer visible.
