Colored cursor option

I would really like the option to set a color for the cursor.

I often lose track of where it is and start typing in the wrong place.
The block cursor is easier to see but becomes annoying.

If I could set a color it would increase the cursor’s visibility without being obtrusive.
It also would make the single line cursor distinct from the text.

I’d really like this too… I use a black background with green text outside of fullscreen mode and it’s impossible to see the cursor when it’s black! :frowning:

Scrivener>Preferences:Appearance, Customizable Colors. Editor>Insertion Point. Choose your color. :wink:

Erm, I should note this is for 2.0.
