It would be wonderful to be able to transfer the colour differentiation that I can create in the comments to some sort of differentiation in the compile result in word. For example, maybe the colour of the print could be different dependent upon the comment colour in the original?

This is a special Scrivener feature, there is no mechanism for expressing colour as a form of annotation meta-data, in the RTF format.
