Hi, new to Scrivener here. I’ve browsed around to no avail on this matter. I added a comment to my text, and it was highlighted with the default yellow color and blue link color. I’d like to change the yellow color to other, but I can find how. I went to settings, appearance, textual marks, but wasn’t able to after trying a few options. Please shed a light on this, thank you!
Hi.
For the comment’s color, right click :
. . . . . . . . .
If you don’t need them to look like links :
Vince is right about removing the link, I would add when you click the more option you have the option in the screen that appears to set up to 16 custom comment or highlight colors (setting for one sets for the other) You can use the screen picker to choose colors on the screen. Doing this if you had keywords for POV characters, foreshadowing, red herrings, clues etc. you could use the color picker on the keyword color squares and coordinate comment and keyword colors if you wanted.
Got it, thank you! Cheers!
Thank you! Haven’t gotten as far in the tutorials but I will soon regarding the keywords for characters, etc. Cheers!
I also have articles on my web site on scrivener with one on keywords, bookmarks and more. Keywords overview part 1 — My Writing Journey
I’ll check it out, thank you!
