Compile a single chapter in windows version

My project is a collection of short stories. Each is identified as a chapter with twenty or so associated scenes. I want to be compile just “chapter 1” or “chapter 4” for instance as a separate stand-alone story, with independent page numbering for example, while maintaining the overall organization that Scrivener provides for the project. Online research shows an enhanced compile dialog, which I suspect may be Mac specific. Is there any way to achieve this on the Windows platform.
