Is there a way to insert Keep With Next in the Compile Format screen? I want to be able to make sure Level 2 and 3 Topic lines stay with the Text that follows.

Hmm, you should be able to select the text in the “Format” pane and go to Format > Text > Keep with Next, just as you would in the main text area. However, this doesn’t seem to be working, as you have noticed. I’ll look into this tomorrow and let you know what is going on, sorry about that.

I’ve fixed this for the next update. I hope to update the public beta ( https://forum.literatureandlatte.com/t/scrivener-2-x-update-betas-download-here/11262/1 ) with this fix by the end of the week.
