Compiling in 2.7 to .docx or .epub and italic text (Arial) is replaced by underlined.
Tried checking several compiles and is consistent
When you compile, open the All Options tab and find Transformations; there’s a checkbox under Rich Text Conversions that will convert italics to underlines, it sounds likely you have enabled that.
