Compile Question

When I compile for print, the titles of the text documents are each appearing on a new page (though their names are not in the documents). What’s causing them to appear? Why are they vertically centered?

I’m using the General Non-Fiction Template in the current version of Scrivener.

Check out the “Separators” and “Formatting” panes of Compile. Also see the section on Compile in the user manual.

All the best,

After reviewing the Compile chapter in the manual again, I’ve discovered how to get a title to appear at the top of a page and what causes a document title to appear, trial-and-error effecting success.

Ignorance isn’t always bliss. (Is the negation of that also an idiom in Great Britain?)

Thanks for your help,
