Compile Separators

This isn’t a bug, I haven’t had any of the problems I’ve read about with line spacing and so forth in my compile to RTF, but on the custom separators, there doesn’t seem to be a way to input multiple line breaks (e.g., six returns) or other special instructions. If you just hit return, it completes the compile. Maybe this could be included in the future.

I’m running Vista on a Core 2 Duo Toshiba laptop with Beta 1.5.

Argh, I’d test this for you if I had Windows running and available at the moment, but you may be able to figure it out and see if it works. In the Mac version, you need to use a special return character–opt-enter–in order to fill in a field like that. I’m guessing there’s something similar in Windows, but I don’t know off the top of my head what the combo would be. Alt-enter? You’d need to use the same sort of thing to search for a return character with the “find/replace” dialogue, etc.

You could also try selecting the return character in the editor, and then using copy/paste to get it into the custom separators field.
