Compile synopses into one document

I’ve entered a symopsis for each chapter, now I need to combine them onto one synopsis document I can refine, export and attach to submissions.
I’m sure this will be easy but between the manual and trial and error I’m stumped.

What I’d do would be to compile the project and only tick the synopsis check boxes in the formatting pane, export to e.g. .docx and then simply import the .docx file back into the project in a separate document.
