In Scrivener for Windows 1.9, I had an option to compile to preview. A dialogue would appear on the screen and the compiled text would be displayed on screen. I cannot seem to find this option in Scrivener 3.0. Has it been removed? Or, can someone give me direction on how to do it now?
Yes, this was removed as it wasn’t always accurate, and so many new things have been added in terms of capability that would cause it to drift even further from reality. PDF is probably the best way to get a quick preview, and it’s quite good at this point, in comparison with what you’d get in a word processor.
