Is it possible to include both a header and a footer in the draft compile? KB says it possible in version 1.5 (https://forum.literatureandlatte.com/t/a-couple-of-things/4858/1), but I can’t seem to find the option in 1.50. Right in front of my nose a possibility.

At the time that was written, version 2.0 was going to be a free update named version 1.5. You can see the full history in the announcements thread, but the new feature list grew to a point where version 1.5 needed to become 2.0, and a new interim bug-fix 1.5 was released.
All of which is a long way of saying that I suspect that is now coming in version 2.0 (named 1.5 at the time), and not the recent version 1.5 release.
