When I compile my document to any of the formats offered, anything I’ve written in italics becomes underlines when I bring it into Microsoft Word.
This is a very bothersome bug. Is there a fix for this?

Why don’t you look in the compile options, where you will find that converting italics to underlines is switched on in the template you started from. It’s not a bug, it’s there because some publishers want manuscripts like that.

I just said basically the same thing in the Technical Support forum. Didn’t realize that this was a double post. That will teach me to try and help people before I’ve checked if they’ve been helped by another provider!
