I went to compile a manuscript and it contains 75K+ words, compiled manuscript only gave me 55K. All 35 chapters were ticked to be included, did not include all obviously. This was after the update today, 3/5/20, release 2.09.41. never happened before. I was on the default setting with pdf output.
