I upgraded to Big Sur on both my desktop and laptop. On my desktop, I upgraded Scrivener to 3.2.1. It seemed to be working fine for a while, but now it has started crashing constantly at unexpected times. The most common action that seems to bring on a crash is deleting text, whether by selecting and deleting or simply using the delete key. This doesn’t really make any sense, but every crash seems to be preceded by this action. I’ve rebooted countless times and sent those auto-generated reports to Scrivener as well as emailed them.
I can still use Scrivener on my desktop for short spurts, but it will inevitably end up in a constant crashing situation.
On my laptop I thankfully waited to upgrade Scrinvener. I’m running Big Sur with Scrivener 3.1.5 and everything seems to be working fine.
However, I’d really love to be able to use my desktop. Any help???
