"Copy Text of Documents" adds blank line

If I have a file with a line at top styled Heading 1, then when I use Edit > Copy Special > Copy Text of Documents it adds a blank line at top.

Here’s the rtf of it:

Was this text copied and pasted into Scrivener from another source? It doesn’t match the kind of RTF I would expect to see from a simple two paragraph test with the first line set to “Heading 1” (using the stock style sheet for that).

In fact, if I paste this into a content.rtf file, load the project and examine the RTF in the a text editor while doing so, I note Scrivener “cleans up” some of the coding. It also doesn’t produce any content, I just get an empty editor with two lines (so I don’t think I can really reproduce what you are seeing).

What I would try doing is copying and pasting into a new item with Paste and Match Style, set the first line back to Heading 1, and see if the problem persists. That would at least eliminate whether it is an issue with the style you are using in general, or something peculiar with this formatting.
