Corkboard....How Do I....

Hi…I’m new.

I really want to be able to start my process by organizing ideas on corkboard first. I can open up a board, get a string of cards onto the board, type in titles…but then I want to jot ideas in appropriate places, point form. I can’t seem to move the cursor to different lines on the card.

Help…
Thx.
Deb

I may have found this…
I can type easily, on any line of a card, in inspector…but this only shows me 1 card at a time.
But it would be nice to do that on the whole series of cards, laying in front of me, on the main screen.
May not be possible.
Hopefully, I’m just missing something.

Deb, did you try to use the keyboard combination “alt - Return” to go from one line to the other in Corkboard? This works for me.

You have to remember that until you add lines, the document does not exist past the end of the text (assuming you are clicking below what you already typed). Secondly, the cards are not “mind map” style objects, but text documents. So you really can’t just click any old place any start typing.

KB could give a technical explanation but the basic idea is there. Somewhere.
