Hi
I have a cover image which inserts beautifully when I create an epub.
When I read the book in Calibre - the cover appears as it should and then I have to turn up to 5 pages, all of them blank until I reach chapter 1.
Can anyone help?

Solution was do not attempt to load a 11 meg file at 300 dpi.
This was creating the empty pages.
I kept the size at 1600 x 2400, but reduced to 72 dpi.
Worked fine, I will try a few intermediary resolutions, but happy now.
