Crashes on Exit [NOTED]

When closing Scrivener, the MS dialogue “has encountered a problem” appears.

This has happened both times after I have been inputing data, thankfully nothing is lost.

Is there information in the Error report that you would like captured?

Dell Inspiron 9300 (6 yr old computer) Windows XP on most current patch

KSM, I have not heard about this error before. Can you capture a screenshot of the error message next time by pressing the PrtScn (Print Screen function key) this will take a snapshot of the screen to the clipboard which you can then paste into MS Paint. Apologies if this is all obvious to you.
