Cross-grade issue

Anyone that came from the Windows world had any issue getting the cross-grade discount?

Went to make my OSX purchase and upon entering the email I used to purchase the Win version with got an error.

“Your email address is not valid for this cross-grade. Please check the spelling or try another email address. The email address must be the same as the one you used to purchase Scrivener for Windows”

While looking at my Windows version receipt lol…Was just curious, I sent them an email but was curious if others had this issue.

I’m checking to see if there is something we need to fix with that form in general. In the meanwhile, I would contact support so they can ensure the email address is accurate, and they might be able to help you out manually as well.

I was just reminded that another thing to check for is whether you bought the original on discount, as the cross-grade sale price only applies to a regular purchase.
