Is there any way to see what date a particular document within a project was created?
Oops, sorry, forget I asked - I see it now; in the Inspector, toggle “Modified” to “Created”.

Just wondering now if there’s any way to order things (temporarily) in the order they were created, or the reverse order.
Not yet, Maelduin. In the next version you will be able to temporarily sort the outliner by a column (like dates) in ascending or descending order. This will of course have no bearing on the binder order, it is just a temporary way of viewing items.
