PLEASE add to your email whitelist BEFORE contacting our support address.

If you don’t, you won’t get our response, and you will send increasingly desperate pleas for help, the responses to which you will also fail to get.

And then you will be sad. And so will we.

Note that whitelisting us is YOUR responsibility. We simply don’t have the resources to deal with “prove you’re human” confirmations.


Just to add to that, we have full instructions posted on the support page, reproduced below, but I wanted to highlight one important thing: it’s actually the address that is most important to whitelist. All technical support e-mail goes through that support system, not our website.
