So the update feature in 049 didn’t work, and I used KB’s link to update to 1.0. But I didn’t deauthorize the beta copy I had installed. Any way to do that after the fact? I don’t want to use up one of my licenses needlessly. (Since it’s being installed again onto the same computer, and I’ve got 3 I need to put it on.)
I uninstalled Beta 49 then installed the 1.0 download and it gives the full 30 trial. I’m not sure if that process would work on your setup but something to try?
No, I put in my serial number/name to 049 to see if it would work, and I was tired of having to hit “reset” all the time. I forgot to deauthorize that copy before I uninstalled it to reinstall the new one.
