How do I change this to just plain old text in the doc.
Driving me crazy.
The whole thing appears to be formatted as a footnote. The keyboard shortcut for starting and stopping (or toggling a selection of text) inline footnote mode is Shift-Cmd-F, or using [b]Format/Inline Footnote[/b]. Try selecting the grey text and using that command, it should go back to normal.
