I’m editing a manuscript for a client, and it has random section separators. We want to remove them but I can’t figure out how! I can change them to a different style, but how do I delete them? I’ve tried the obvious ways - right click, cut. And delete key.
There are 2-3 in a row randomly here and there.

What do you mean by “section separators”?
From the Preferences Menu go to Appearace and choose Scrivenings > Options. It will let you change the style of separator. But not delete them. In this manuscript I have parts where there are 3 separators in a row, and it’s distracting for the reader and completely unneccessary. So … I’d just like to delete them. Perhaps they have another name…? I don’t know.
