DESPERATELY TRYING TO FIND MY FILE!

Hello, I’ve recently been working on a new project - and so when I open Scrivener, the new project is there. However, Im really needing to access an old one and I have no idea where it has saved it to - as it always automatically popped up when I opened Scrivener (so no previous need to open via a folder). Its not in the File/Recent projects tab and I am beginning to feel a little desperate …

anyone know of an quick/easy way to locate it without having to go through every folder on my desktop??

Thank you.

Hello forgetmenot,
Open scrivener with any project. Click on options and look in General. Make sure the ‘Show full project path in the title bar’ is ticked. This will show ( top of screen on left) where your projects have been saved. Alternatively, if you still struggle, click on options and then Backup (bottom of the list) This will show where your backups and older projects have been saved. Good luck.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I CANT TELL YOU HOW HAPPY AND GRATEFUL I AM.

RETRIEVED AND THRILLED
