difference between two icons

what is the difference between these two icons?
One seems to have a folded edge on the upper right
I don’t recall doing anything but right-clicking and adding a new text file

The dog-eared page means that the document has one or more snapshots.

Edit: The windows manual, section 8.2, has a list of the variations on binder icons and what they represent.

Huh. interesting. does that mean that even if the snapshots are deleted, it keeps that fold?
Thanks, Robert

This variation only exists so long as there are snapshots for the section.
