I copy and pasted a footnoted section of text from Microsoft Word into Scrivener, and initially it was fine. However, after I went to another page in Scrivener, and then returned back to the page into which I had pasted the text, the footnotes had all disappeared, with only their numbers remaining. This has happened every time I have tried to paste text from Word with footnotes.
