Divide a long Text

is there a shortcut of dividing a long text into text-pieces?
Or do I have to cut&paste manually through the whole thing?

Look at the “Split at Selection” and “Split with Selection as Title” commands.

Also, have a look at the tutorial if you haven’t already.
