Is there no placeholder for document notes?

I want to compile with my document text followed by my document notes. Checking both notes and text in the compile settings will place my notes before my text with automatic “notes” and “text” labels. So I was instead going to put the notes in the suffix, but I can’t find a placeholder for notes. I tried <$notes> just in case it was undocumented, but that didn’t work.

Any suggestions? Workarounds?

In the Section Layouts pane, click the gear button in the upper right-hand corner. You will find a setting to Place notes after main text, and the ability to disable Insert subtitles between text elements.
