Does Scapple publish 'events'

G’day

I’m looking for a way to find out if an object has been changed within a scapple document.
Moved … changed border … moved to a different background shape … text changed … colour changed etc.

Is there be some way of being notified of changes in a scapple document?

Scapple itself does not have a notification mechanism, but any of those events would change the Modified Date of the file.
