Double Bullets and Numbers when compiling in Mobi format?

Not sure what is happening, but when I compile my manuscript in the Mobi format, the Bullets and Numbers are doubling up.
These were created natively in Scrivener, not Word, nor imported.

I’m on the latest Version of Scrivener 3.1.2 (10882) for my Mac: OS 10.14.3

Examples attached, any ideas or thoughts.

Problem solved…

I deleted the lists, and just re-created them. When compiled this time, they were fine…
