Double-quotes reversed, first quote sub-scripted in v3.0.1.0

I just updated to v3.0.1.0 this morning. This MAY not be related, since I just started using Scrivener, but opening double-quotes are reversed AND subscripting themselves, and the closing quotes are reversed. Please see attached screenshot.

I’m using the latest version of Windows 10: 20H2, build 19042.928.

What language do you have set in the program options?
