Suddenly I can’t drag my chapters into the order I want.
If I try to do so I simply end up inserting one chapter inside another.
Has something changed?

No, there seems to be a serious issue with dragging folders between one another. I’m moving this to the Bug Hunt forum and I’ll make note of this to Lee too.
