Drop Box Syncing for iPadOS and Windows 11

I cannot find anything about how to change by Project Syncing from OneNote to DropBox in the iPadOS and Windows version of Scrivener 3.1.5.1. I want to sync them both so that I can exchange files between them.

I am not a Mac user, but have you looked at this guide ?

I was able to sync my iPad to my new Dropbox, but so far I can’t figure out how to tell of my Scrivener 3 for WIndows has been synced or not because the guide wasn’t accurate for Windows 11, apparently.

Windows Scrivener just saves to the filesystem. Actual synchronization is up to the Dropbox software, which should be able to report what it’s doing.
