dropbox: problems unarchiving

When I try to unzip my files in DropBox, I get a message saying unarchiving is happening. But when the message disappears indicating that unarchiving is complete, I can’t find the unzipped file.

Where is it? Have I done something wrong?

Well first of all there isn’t really anything special about the Dropbox folder (other than it being monitored for files to upload/download), so with that in mind, if you drag a copy of the .zip file to your Desktop and try to unzip it there, do you get the same (lack of) result?
