Editing dictionary?

Hi all,

I added a custom word to the dictionary when using Spell Check. However, I found that my spelling was slightly off, and there is a different (preferred spelling) I should be using.

While I have added the newer spelling, I can’t figure out how to remove the original added spelling so that it would now appear as a misspelled word when running Spell Check.

Is there a menu option in the Windows program which has a list of all words I’ve added, which I can easily remove items from?

If not, is there a text file located somewhere within the Scrivener program which I can manually edit to remove the unwanted entry?

This is Scrivener Windows version 1.7.3 (the NaNoWriMo trail, specifically).

Try Tools/ Options/ Corrections and click on “View Personal Word List”. There you can review your custom dictionary and add or delete individual entries.
