The writing tools are focused for searches in English. What I can make to add the same searches in Spanish?

Your profile says you are on Windows, but you have posted in the Mac forum.
If you are actually on Mac, the spell-checking and so forth is handled by the system, not by Scrivener, so you need to go into System Preferences and change the language settings there. If you are actually on Windows, I can’t help, I’m afraid.
