Errors when updating to Beta 38 from within Beta 37.

I performed the update to Beta38 from within Beta 37. At the end of the install, I received the following error:
"block invalid at 06440E58: 98b
When I tried to start it, an error message popped up: Bad Image, and that it wasn’t meant for Windows.
I reinstalled Beta 37 from the download file, which completed normally, and started as usual, except that it did not recognize that Beta 38 was available.
After closing Beta 37, I installed Beta 38 from the download file, which completed normally, and started as usual. The project I was working on opened fine and looked OK.
The problem is when doing an updated from within Beta 37.

Sounds like a bad download to me. My update from 37 to 38 was fine. 1 minute. all good.

I’m using Win 10 ver 1909
