EXPORT OUTLINE/SYNOPSIS

I’ve created a synopsis using the card index. I need to send it to my co-author (who is a PC user & therefore doesn’t have Scrivener, alas). Is there any way I can do this?

I’ve printed out the outline, which is more or less fine, except that the ‘blued’ section comes out differently to the rest of it, and I suppose I could scan it into Word, but what a waste of time.

I tried Export, but just got an empty Word doc.

I know you can use the auto feature to create a Synopsis from existing text; what I need is that in reverse.

Did you click the checkboxes to include Synopses in the Document Elements section of the Export pane?

Hi,

Use File > Compile Draft and just choose to export or print the titles and synopses of each document (by checking those options in the Content pane). This will become much easier in 2.0.

All the best,
Keith

Thank you!
