Having used the Mac versions for several years I’ve now registered a Windows version too. 
There seems to be a limitation bug in the File Export routine which I’ve come across, one that doesn’t occur in the Mac versions, and which I can’t believe is deliberate etc.
In my sample document the main section contains 60 text files. When I export them out of Scrivener for Windows as RTF files the receiving folder only ever contains 19 files and 1 section-title file 
I’ve had to manually export others as needed individually.
