Exporting MMD to html or epub

Is it now possible to export MMD document?
I’m running Scrivener 1.7.2.3 beta with Fedora 20 and still get the message

though I just installed the perl-Text-MultiMarkDown and there doesn’t seem to exist any other MMD package in Fedora repos.

Thanks for your answer.

I used the instructions at this link:

fletcherpenney.net/multimarkdown/install/#linux

to install MMD from github. After that I was able to use it to compile to LaTeX. I have not tried it for html or epub but if you installed it from a package manager I would uninstall it and reinstall from the git source.

Thanks for the hint.
This command

git clone git://github.com/fletcher/MultiMarkdown-4.git

seemed to work OK, but I’m stuck at the next step.

make

returns this error

Makefile:65: AVERTISSEMENT : surchargement de la recette pour la cible « /usr/local/bin » Makefile:56: AVERTISSEMENT : ancienne recette ignorée pour la cible « /usr/local/bin » make -C greg make[1] : on entre dans le répertoire « /home/marie-noelle/MultiMarkdown-4/greg » make[1]: *** Pas de cible spécifiée et aucun makefile n'a été trouvé. Arrêt. make[1] : on quitte le répertoire « /home/marie-noelle/MultiMarkdown-4/greg » make: *** [greg/greg] Erreur 2

Any idea how to solve this?

Yes sorry, I think that there was an extra step found in these instructions:

fletcher.github.io/MultiMarkdown-4/installation

I think what you need is the second step to fix the -greg part of the error

Great! Thanks a lot. :smiley:

As I had to fidget a bit to get the result, I will tell exactly what I’ve done:

$ cd MultiMarkdown-4
$ git submodule init
$ git submodule update
$ make
$ make test-all | grep failed

that returns 13 lines with 0 failed.

then being root:

# cd /home/USER/MultiMarkdown-4
# make install

And I’m now able to generate a .html file with the required markup.

Glad it worked out!

Thanks to you! 8)
