Exporting multiple files without filetype-ending

Hi there

How can I export files from the binder as .rtf without having the .rtf show up in finder?

That’s a Finder level preference, under “Advanced”: disabled Show all filename extensions. That’s a somewhat persistent setting in my experience, that impacts how all software works. If you turn it off after exporting, you won’t see a change because having that setting enabled forces all file saves to set the Hide extension flag in their individual settings.

So it was already off when I exported.
